Chain length is measured end to end, including the clasp. Before measuring, decide where you want the piece to rest—at the base of the neck, along the collarbone, or lower on the chest.

How to measure

   Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string. Place it around your neck or chest at the desired position.

   If using string, mark the point where both ends meet.

   Lay the string flat and measure it with a ruler, in inches or centimeters.
