TIKALKUN Jewelry Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period:

Return for Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged item during shipping or if it does not match the provided images, you can request a return or refund. To do so, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. Provide details about the damage or discrepancies regarding the images. Attach clear photographs that show the problem. We will assess your case and, if eligible, offer you a solution, which may include returning the product or receiving a refund.

Cancellation Policy

A) Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled without penalty within two (2) days of the order date. We understand that circumstances can change and provide this grace period for your convenience.

B) Non-Refundable After 2 Days: Due to the nature of our business, orders that are cancelled more than two days after the order date are not eligible for a full refund. This policy is in place because materials are procured and labor is allocated to begin production of your customized items shortly after the order is placed. These costs cannot be recuperated once the process has started.

C) Partial Refunds: In cases where cancellation occurs after the two-day period, we may offer a partial refund depending on the stage of production at the time of cancellation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

D) Processing Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order details.


2. Product Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in pristine condition and undamaged. It must be in the same condition in which it was received.

3. Exclusions:
Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, as the design and creation process is approved step by step with the customer.

4. Refund:
In case of a successful return, the full price of the product will be refunded. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Refund Method:
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns:
Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on the part of TIKULKAN Jewelry.

7. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email tikulkan.store@gmail.com. Once received, we will contact you to coordinate the process.

8. Refund Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within up to 45 days.

9. Exchanges:
Exchanges are not accepted.

10. Defective or Damaged Products:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
