Every Tikalkun piece is handcrafted with intention and meaning. Because of this, our shipping process reflects the care and time required to create each piece.

Production & Dispatch Time

All orders are handcrafted and made to order.

  • Production takes up to 5–15 business days before shipping, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production times may reach the upper end of this range. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Method

We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders.

  • Orders are shipped primarily via FedEx, using trusted international courier services to ensure secure and reliable delivery. While FedEx is our main carrier, alternative couriers may occasionally be used when necessary.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local courier conditions. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after the production period has been completed.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing times are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Tikalkun is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@tikalkunjewelry.com. Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tikalkunjewelry.com so we can assist you with tracking or initiating a claim with the courier.
