RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every Tikalkun piece is handcrafted with intention and meaning. If for any reason your order is not right for you, we’re here to help—within the boundaries of our handcrafted process.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our work:
- Custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
- Each piece is crafted individually, often specifically for the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at info@tikalkunjewelry.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Shipping & Responsibility
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order (wrong size, material, finish, or design).
In case of an error or defect, Tikalkun will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement once the incorrect item is returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Shipping of the replacement item
- Any applicable duties or taxes
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
